Dental Referral Process
How our referral process works:
White House Dental Studio welcomes external referrals for specialist treatments such as: Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, and Endodontics. Referrals should be submitted using our referral form (above).
Referral Process:
- SUBMISSION: Complete our online referral form above.
- PROCESSING: Our reception team monitors our inbox, receives referrals, and contacts the patient.
- CONFIRMATION: Upon receiving a referral, White House Dental Studio will send a confirmation email to the referring practice.
- PLEASE NOTE: If contact cannot be established after one phone call and two emails, the patient will be referred back to their practice and a new referral will be required.
Appointment & Deposit Policy:
- Once the patient has been contacted, an appointment with the appropriate clinician is scheduled.
- A deposit covering the full consultation fee is required at the time of booking.
- To ensure availability for all patients, we require at least 24 hours notice (working days) for cancellations.
- Hence, weekend cancellations do not count as a working day for Monday appointments.
- Any deposit taken will be applied toward a missed appointment fee if the patient fails to attend.
Post-Treatment & Follow-Up:
Upon completion of treatment, a discharge letter/email will be sent to both the patient and the referring practice.

Dr Roshwin – Implantologist
Dr. Roshwin Pereira Carvalho (GDC – 264162) is a highly experienced dentist with a special interest in Implant Dentistry. After graduating as a Dental Surgeon in 2012, he quickly developed a passion for surgical dentistry during his time working in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in hospital.
He also did a years training at the London Implant Academy in 2017, and achieved a Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. Dr. Roshwin’s refined skills allow him to focus on his true passion Implant dentistry.
As an active member of the Association of Dental Implantology, Dr. Roshwin stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in the field. Known for his compassionate and gentle approach, Dr. Roshwin excels in treating even the most nervous of patients. His calm, methodical nature is highly regarded within the dental profession, and he is trusted by both colleagues and patients alike for his exceptional care.
Dr Gemini – Oral Surgeon
Dr Gemini Parmer (GDC – 85783) is an extremely approachable dentist who welcomes patients of all ages. She graduated from Bart’s and The Royal London School of Dentistry in 2005, and obtained membership of the Joint Dental Faculties and The Royal College of Surgeons (MJDF RCS Eng) in 2010. She also completed post graduate training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Bedford Hospital in 2012, where she is currently a ‘Speciality Doctor in Oral Surgery’ one day a week.
Dr Gemini has also completed a 3 year implant programme at the internationally acclaimed Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. With over 10 years in general practice, she is highly experienced in all aspects of modern dentistry including complex / wisdom teeth removal.
Dr Gemini is a well-rounded dentist who prides herself on providing the best possible standards in oral health, but is also very experienced at working with nervous patients.
Dr Mujtubah – Spec/Int Endodontics
Dr Mujtubah Rasheed (GDC – 274615) Graduated in 2017 from the GTP University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and has since practiced as a General Dentist.
Dr Mujtubah applies great attention to fine detail providing high quality treatments with a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatments). Hence, he is due to complete his MSc in Endodontology in 2025.
Being locally based, he has worked in a number of practices, but this has tended to be exclusively in the department of endodontics. Dr Mujtubah is known for his calm and relaxed approach with patients and colleagues.
In his spare time, Dr Mujtubah loves to travel but also has a passion for scuba diving.
